The rooms at Palazzo Bifora are super cozy and comfortable, with heated floors and a laptop-friendly workspace. As a vegetarian/vegan, it's great to have a private bathroom and free WiFi in each room too!
Personally, I found the tea/coffee maker in the suite a bit unnecessary, but hey, others might enjoy it!

Everything was absolutely mind-blowing! The exterior seamlessly merges into the city, while the interior is beyond breathtaking. Our presidential suite was stunning and surprisingly spacious, thanks to the high ceiling. The concierge, Matias-san, was the epitome of professionalism and elegance, providing impeccable service throughout our stay. He even carried our luggage to our next hotel and returned a forgotten jacket. The owners and staff were incredibly personable, making us feel like VIPs from airport pickup to check out. The beautifully decorated suite was pure luxury, leaving us sad to leave. The breakfast, individually prepared by the chef, was exceptional. The heated sky pool on the rooftop terrace was an added bonus. The attention to detail in the interior design and every aspect of our stay made it extremely comfortable. This gem of a hotel comes highly recommended.

Christmas at this hotel was everything we hoped for! The hotel has been beautifully renovated, combining tech and traditional features seamlessly. The rooftop pool was the absolute best place to relax and the food in the rooftop restaurant was delicious! The staff treated us like royalty and made our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the individually prepared breakfast was exceptional. Not to mention the amazing hospitality and attention to detail.
The lengthy check-in process after a tiring flight delay was not a great start to our stay. Although staying at the edge of the property meant extra quietness this also meant we could hear sounds from reception which makes it difficult to sleep.

I was not impressed with this hotel. There was a lengthy check-in process and their lighting system just didn't work seamlessly.
